1. Overview

Infinri ("we," "our," "us") provides affordable website development, micro-hosting, technical support, and maintenance services to small businesses and individuals. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to:

• Website builds ($10 Basic, $25 Standard, $50 Premium)
• Monthly plans ("Be My Developer" and "Be My IT Guy")
• One-time services ($20–$75+)
• Add-ons ($5–$15)
• Hosting and technical support
• The Infinri.com website and any client dashboards
• All digital products and content we provide

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to enter legally binding agreements
• You agree to comply with these Terms and our related policies

3. Related Policies (Part of These Terms)

For clarity and legal completeness, the following policies are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement:

• Privacy Policy – how we collect and use personal information
• Cookie Policy – how cookies function on our website
• Refund & Cancellation Policy – detailed refund rules
• Disclaimer – limitations, accuracy, and usage terms for website content

By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to all policies listed above.

4. Description of Services

4.1 Website Packages

We offer three website packages:

• $10 Basic Template – 1–3 pages, simple starter site/landing page
• $25 Standard Website – Up to 5 pages, multi-section business website
• $50 Premium Website – 6–8 pages, larger site with extended features and additional customization

Exact deliverables depend on the project requirements.

4.2 Monthly Plans

Be My Developer - $10/month

Includes:

• Up to 5 small requests per month
• 24-hour weekday response time
• Bug fixes & styling tweaks
• Content updates & text changes
• Mobile responsiveness adjustments
• Security patches
• Priority support

Subscriber Perks:

• New page: $5
• New feature: $5 – $10
• 4 extra fixes: $5

Not included:

• Full redesigns or complete overhauls
• Major layout changes
• Custom web apps
• Database-heavy changes
• More than 5 requests or major revisions (quoted separately)

Be My IT Guy - $15–$20/month

Includes everything in Be My Developer plus:

• Managed hosting (cloud-based Caddy + PHP-FPM environment)
• Google Business Profile setup (one-time)
• Email routing setup
• DNS/domain assistance
• Technical troubleshooting
• Monthly health check
• Server-level patches & maintenance

Not included: Domain registration, business email subscriptions, and other third-party costs

4.3 One-Time Services

Examples include:

• Website Audit – $75
• Website Fixes – $20 (up to 5 fixes)
• Website Improvements – $25 (up to 5 improvements)
• Copywriting/content rewriting
• DNS/domain configuration
• Performance optimization
• Contact form setup

4.4 Add-Ons

Enhancements such as:

• Google Business Setup – $5
• Domain/DNS Setup – $10 + cost
• Contact Form Setup – $10
• New Page – $10
• New Feature – $10 – $15
• Extra Fixes – $5 (2 fixes)
• Content Writing/Rewrite – $10/page

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful content for your website
• Ensure you own (or have rights to) all text, logos, images, and media
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Approve work stages when requested
• Use the Services lawfully and ethically
• Keep account credentials confidential

Clients are fully responsible for the content hosted on their website.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your text, photos, branding, and business information. You grant Infinri a non-exclusive license to use your content only as needed to provide the Services.

6.2 Infinri Framework & Tools

We retain full ownership of:

• The Infinri PHP framework
• Templates, modules, components
• Backend systems and proprietary code
• Hosting architecture
• Reusable design and UX patterns

These components are licensed to you for use, not transferred in ownership.

6.3 Custom Work

Custom features may be built using elements of our internal framework. You own your content and final visual output, but not the underlying proprietary logic, codebase, or server configuration.

7. Billing, Payments & Refunds

7.1 Billing

• Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days
• Website builds may require full or partial upfront payment
• Invoices must be paid within the due date provided

7.2 Refund & Cancellation

All refund terms are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If there is conflict between the T&C and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy applies.

7.3 Non-Payment

If payment fails or is overdue:

• Work may pause
• Hosting may be suspended after reasonable notice
• Sites may be archived or removed if overdue for extended periods

We do not delete client content without prior attempts to notify.

8. Service Limits ("Reasonable Use")

To keep services affordable, monthly plans include:

• Up to 5 small tasks per month
• Requests that take approximately 15–20 minutes each

Anything beyond this is quoted separately. We reserve the right to determine whether a request falls inside or outside reasonable monthly usage.

9. Hosting, Uptime & Data Responsibility

9.1 Hosting Environment

We use third-party providers such as DigitalOcean for hosting. We cannot control or guarantee their performance.

9.2 Uptime

While we aim for high availability, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime
• Zero interruptions
• Protection from outages or provider failures

9.3 Data Backups

Unless your plan specifically includes backups:

• Backups are not guaranteed
• Clients are responsible for storing and preserving their own critical content

9.4 Security

We use modern security practices but cannot guarantee:

• Absolute prevention of cyberattacks
• Immunity from malware or breaches
• Data recovery after catastrophic failures

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

• Any illegal activity
• Spam, phishing, scams, malware
• Harassment, hate, defamation
• Hosting copyrighted content you do not own
• Pornography or explicit content involving minors
• Facilitating or engaging in fraud or exploitation

We may suspend or terminate service for violations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free code
• Perfect uptime
• Full protection from cyber risks
• That our hosting or services will meet your exact expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Infinri is not liable for any lost revenue, data, profits, or business interruptions
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days

This limitation applies to all claims, contract or tort.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

• Payments are overdue
• You violate these Terms
• You engage in unlawful or abusive behavior
• Your site poses a security, legal, or stability risk

Upon termination:

• Your content will be returned if possible
• Infinri-owned code or framework elements are not provided for download
• Hosting may be removed after notice

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
